 Returns

All returns Including but not limited to damaged product returns, must be authorized within 14 days of receipt of shipment for credit, less any applicable shipping charges. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on returns. Please email to get a return authorization number BEFORE you send back the items. Mark the outside of the shipping box with the return authorization number. Upon approval, you will receive a  return authorization number and a shipping label. Please return items the same packaging in which it was received. Authorized returns MUST be shipped within 10 days from return approval date to our shipping address. Unauthorized returns will be refused and no credit will be granted. Christmas returns not received by December 22nd will not be approved or accepted after Christmas. Any items that are used or improperly handled, or damaged due to improper care will not be eligible to be returned. Each return is considered on a case by case basis.

custom orders are final sale and Maria LeFay reserves the right to refuse any returns on any product that has been produced explicitly for the customer.

Damaged Products upon receiving the order, if a product has arrived damaged, please email to get a replacement authorization number BEFORE you send back the items. Note in your email the damage and include photos of the damage in the return request email. Upon approval, you will receive a replacement authorization number and a shipping label. Please return items the same packaging in which it was received. Shipping costs will be covered for the return and replacement of items received damaged if you use the shipping label provided by the shop. If you create and use your own label, costs will not be covered.
